Burnt Sugar Cake and Icing

Melt 3/4 cup sugar in a cast iron skillet or heavy sauce pan until burnt, quite dark. Add 1 Cup boiling water and simmer until mixture becomes syrup. Cream 2/3 Cup butter and 1 1/2 sugar. Add 1 Cup cold water and half of the burnt sugar syrup. Add well beaten yolks of 2 eggs...

For those Vietnam Vets that weren't boots on the ground in South Vietnam you can also file with the VA over agent orange problems. This site tells what the VA will accept as a claim and where you were stationed. I advise you don't go it alone but to go thru our County Rep or the DAV in Boise, both of them will do anything they can to help you with a claim...
