    Thanks folks. I really like banana bread so when I ran across this recipe and took a look at it decided it would be a good one to pass on.

    Most know chocolate and banana's go together well but I had never thought of it. Same goes for peanut butter thats where I think the peanut chips would good nicely.

    A bit of a tip if you don't let the banana's over ripe like the peel completely black it will take away from some of the bitter taste that you may get. What I do with the bread is ripped the banana's until the peel just starts turning black in places then go ahead and peel them and mash them. Then leave them set for a bit and the banana's will release a bit of juice and leave very small chunks in them which I think adds to the bread or in this case the bits.
