The Community Leadership Development Committee (CLDC) is launching this week the first of at least two surveys it plans to conduct to gauge the interest of community members in supporting Treasure Valley YMCA programs locally. Billy E. Andrews, 74 of Glenns Ferry, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at his home.
