Time to renew pet licenses

Officials with the Mountain Home Animal Shelter are reminding dog and cat owners to renew their annual licenses for these pets. According to city ordinance, dogs and cats over the age of six months are required to have city tags. The tags are good from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of each year. Owners who do not license their animals could be cited if their dog or cat gets loose and is recovered by animal control officials...
