My wife and I have lived in Mountain Home for years on Foster Drive, which runs through city and county limits. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour from Haskett to Bradford streets – a stretch of approximately one mile with no stop signs. Very seldom do we see drivers who obey the 25 mile per hour speed limit. My wife and I have witnessed people drive in excess of 60 miles per hour...
