Pausing for a time of prayer

Students representing Trail Life Troop 0316 and American Heritage Girls Troop 4301 prepare to present the American and Christian flags as the representatives from the Christian-based youth organizations in Mountain Home took part in this year’s National Day of Prayer observance on Thursday, May 1.

Crowds of people gathered at the Elmore County Courthouse as they offered up other prayers and intentions during this year’s celebration.
