Elisabet "Lisa" Pedroza, 34, of Mountain Home, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2016. Lisa was born Jan. 1, 1982, in Mountain Home to Miguel and Teresa Pedroza. Lisa is the third of nine children, and her parents always referred to her as the baby born during the biggest winter storm they have seen in the area.
