Children make a dash across Carl Miller Park during the annual Community Easter Egg Hunt Sunday afternoon. Sponsored each year by Sabre Lodge No. 7, Free and Accepted Prince Hall Masons, hundreds of older children packed into the city park in hopes of collecting their share of eggs with separate areas set aside next to East Elementary School for younger children as well as those with disabilities...

Fighter jets at Mountain Home Air Force Base will temporarily move to Gowen Field in early August as repairs to the base's runway here continue through the summer. The $32 million project to replace the runway and adjoining taxiway here began in mid-January with work expected to continue around the clock, six days a week, through the end of the year...

Yvonne Ann Mossman, age 85 of Mountain Home, passed away at her home on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

Bobby (Bob) Lewis Tucker passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015, peacefully at home in Hammett, Idaho. He was 85 years old. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Kuna Cemetery in Kuna, Idaho. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
