The Annual Shop with a Cop Program kicks off Saturday with area law enforcement authorities and volunteers from the base helping children from poor families buy Christmas gifts for their family members. Shop with a Cop will begin at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning with breakfast in the commons room at Mountain Home Junior High School.
