This is something I don't think I've ever done........write one up JUST for one commenter, but I think it might clear up a few things at the same time..........And I don't want this just getting "buried" as "comment # 26 or something."

In my last blog, Bondy says........"what, the dreaded communists again?"

Yes. Because they've resurfaced in actual infestation now. BEFORE, they were just the "red menace", or as "Uncle Ronnie" correctly said....the "evil empire".

Reagan had no way of knowing at the time, that OUR government would one day became the "evil empire."

Now Bondy......it's true that "communist" is not a word that you've heard much, especially within the realm of this new "progressive-indoctrinated" generation. The last real stab at that cliché' came in Vietnam, when us "young dudes" were told to "kill a commie for mommy". (We know NOW of course, that the war was NEVER for "baseball, hotdogs, or mom's apple pie."

The word "discrimination" as well. Big in the 60's, but has not been heavily used either until just recently over the last few years.

We all know that discrimination EXISTS..............just like we know that communism exists...........and they are BOTH unacceptable to a FREE PEOPLE.

BOTH of these terms are making a comeback. I am not a bigot, so I really can't tell you why I think "discrimination" is back on the hit parade--------unless it's because there are folks out there who WANT it to be for political gain.

But I CAN tell you why this "dreadful communist" thing has surfaced.

I can't read your mind, Bondy (which is probably just as well), but I imagine your first thoughts to my last blog, were something like.........."Why is ANYBODY bringing up this "commie" thing again??

Because those of us who have been around long enough (and paying attention to the world's stage), have SEEN it before.

We used to feel sorry for the Russian people under the jackboots of Stalin and Khrushchev........being TOLD what they had to do, "or else", and we marveled in being a "free country" where our government worked for US, instead of the other way around.

THAT is gradually being turned around right now.

Many countries had a KING........or DICTATOR.......who "thought and decided" for ALL. And the people had no choice or say in the matter. Whatever the "boss" proclaimed.......that became law. And weren't we all glad that WE lived in a country "by, for and OF"? We're AMERICA by GOD!

But "God" isn't even welcome anymore in a LOT of high places, or public places, because after all.........we might "offend" somebody.

Before he was "politically PRESSURED", our own president wouldn't even respect our flag, because he might "offend" someone.........or, (what was the other one?)........oh yeah.....he didn't want to appear to "take sides."

When you're the President, there's only one side TO take.......and we "bow' to NOBODY.

But COMMUNISM..................when a president starts making up his own rules, INCLUDING instructing the Supreme Court on what THEIR job is, when he doesn't even know HIS..........when it starts becoming HIS way or the "highway".............it's communism.

When a government starts FORCING grade-schoolers to learn and accept a PERVERTED way of life as "normal", to suit a government agenda..........this is no longer a "republic" either.

When they start TELLING us what our kids should eat, and even FORCE them to eat what the SCHOOLS prepare instead of "brown-bagging" like WE did............you parents no longer have a CHOICE over your own kids.

When an Administration starts getting into CHURCH AFFAIRS, telling them what THEY must do..............it's communism. Even Hitler never did that.

When a president launches a large scale military attack on another country that poses no imminent danger to US........and does so without the Congress.........what happened to the Constitution classes that HE "supposedly" used to teach?

When national elections are set up specifically to "stack the deck" with millions of voters who would not normally be eligible........to benefit the "powers already in charge"...........what happened to DEMOCRACY and fair play?

When TREASON on behalf of the government is ok, but privately-owned weapons for OUR citizens are steadily assaulted, it's clearly communism.

When a TAX CHEAT can be appointed to Head the United States Treasury, but the IRS will have YOUR butt in a sling..........what happened to that "level playing field"?

When a single woman can have sex so often she can't afford birth control, is a "good gal", but a former Governor and mother of 5, faithfully married to the same man for over 20 years, is a "Slut" and a "C" word...........there is serious hypocrisy .

When those in government usurp the Constitution they've sworn to protect and defend, there is COMMUNISM.

When a government wants to run every facet of our lives, because "THEY know what's better for us than WE do", it's communism.

When the Secretary of State, signs treaties with the U.N. to put us under THEIR tent, it is not only communism, but TREASON as well.

When the only input WE have isn't "in-put"------but "put-in"........it's communism.

When Muslim kids are allowed to pray in school but our kids can't, it's communism.

When our kids can't wear T-shirts with an American flag on it, and are SENT HOME because "others might be offended.", there is communism.

When the Attorney General's office goes after a guy in Georgia for flying a Confederate flag on his OWN property, but does NOTHING when the Mexicans fly THEIR flags in the streets, and even hang one on a Post Office flagpole after taking ours DOWN............

Well Bondy.................what would YOU call it?

I personally consider ANYBODY who seeks to disrupt or destroy the sovereignty and our way of life in this country.........(a country incidentally that ALREADY tolerates a heck of a lot more from foreigners than any OTHER country would)..........a COMMUNIST!

40+ years ago, I drew $107.00 a month plus $65.00 a month combat pay, to "deal" with communists. But I've mellowed out a bit in my old age, and am willing to work for free now. It's the least I can do to help our economy.

IF TWISTED FACTS AND INUENDO'S IS SOPPOSED TO CHANGE ANY MINDS OR INFLUENCE IT MISSED THE MARK.........IF we are going to cite and event we need to cite it all not just part of it.The beginning and the ending based on what was written you would think everything cited was condoned and that is neither fact nor truth.Some incidents cited were not the truth and sopposeded rational by the president was not truthfull just the party line.

There are communist and there are discrimminaters they have always been there and always will be,free men understand that.We dont have to kill them to insure they have no influence.The fear of something we dont fully understand is irrational at best.The same applies to the discriminater.

If you would take the time to go back and see how our economy had been set up to fail years ago and then consider what the solutions were before we had the major blow up and what had to be done after. Maybe then you could get a different light on it all.Then for exercise go back and see who entered congress a poor person and see what they are worth now.Your house is only as good as your foundation and our foundation had been sorely damaged,the man worked with what he had,and like any contractor I can tell you remodels are harder than building from scratch.YOUR ALWAYS RUNNING INTO SOMETHING NOBODY KNEW ABOUT.......and then the people are living there while your trying to get it done.......sounds like the country to me......food for thought. latter

We live under the lie/tale of democracy. The United States is far from a true democracy. At least in places like Cuba and Russia---they know what they have. Here, we pretend. We pretend that we have a say, we pretend that our vote counts and we pretend that we have a Government that represents the people.

Yep, way too many back room deals/payoffs. Way too much corruptness in our Government and elected officials. And this is what we are teaching the children. Our country is lost.

You want to see what "our" Government has on the horizon for us---look at all of the money being spent on "detention camps" right here in the US. Look at the martial law legislation being put through by Obama and who will control your water, farm equipment, livestock, etc. if/when "YOUR" Government decides to "take control." Our rights for which this country was founded are being flushed right down the toilet right before our very eyes.

When this country wakes up and sees Obama and all of his "sheeples" for what they are, it will be too late (could be too late now for that matter). Scary times. We are making history---"change you can believe in" for sure.

Opinion Missy, don't forget the "civilian police force" that Obama also wants, in addition to marital law and gun control. If he gets another four years, these little gems on his bucket list will probably get in full swing. Talk about taking a page out of Hitler's book.

Yep Zook---if we "allow" it, we get what we get. If we are dumb enough to vote for another 4 years of change under this terrorist, then we get what we get and darn well deserve it. The shame in all of this is that the people who do not want this have to pay for the sins of the people who are too darn stupid to see what is going on.

I was reading today about the micro-chip that "our" Government would like everyone to have. What kind of garbage is that?

Sad times. Yet we allow the "buzzards" to press on. In the real world, you get fired for not doing your job. In the United States, ya run for senate, congress or President.

SW, read all about that civilian police force. If the Government sees fit, they will be able to take farm equipment, guns, livestock, vehicles, fuel, your home, etc. and oh well. They can also lock you up, never charge you with anything and keep you---for as long as they see fit (they is used in loose terms). But hey---when they do it, they will take care of ya! You can go to a "detainment camp" of your choice!

By the time Obama is done, we will have no "rights" other than of course to pay taxes...if you can even find/keep a job.

And how about all of those caskets in GA that nobody knows anything about? And how about what is going on in Korea?

The United States is going "meekly."

I guess we should really be blaming that communist George Washington for all these executive orders. For a man that didn't want to be king, he sure acted like one. He interpreted the constitution to give him the power to issue executive orders and he even used executive orders to create laws. Don't even look at what commrade Lincoln was doing with his executive orders, not to mention the rights he stripped away from people. Then Nixon even had the audacity to immplement affirmative action quotas through an exucutive order. What a bunch of pinkos.

For people who seem to care about the constituion, you sure complain a lot about things that have been considered constitutional and upheld by the courts pretty much every single time. If you don't like this power, please write your congressman and get an ammendment to constituion going prohibiting this power. Good luck!

To OM and SW as well as other technophobes out there. The concept of micro-chipping all US citizens and legal residents is the ultimate ID. Even the US passport can be forged. A micro-chip entered into a national data base would guarantee you are who you say you are, determine if your eligible to vote, and guarantee you don't vote twice. If you don't have a chip, then you are here illegally and you are deported posthaste. So what is your problem with the chip? It is the ultimate solution to all your fears of voter fraud. You can't have it both ways. Either you have total security at the expense of individual freedoms, or you live with the fact that there are those that will break the law. You decide. Either way, what ever the outcome, live with it!

Roy, I have no problem with technology---I work with it each and every day. I do have a problem with Government tracking my each and every move. I will be darned if I will have a GPS system flowing through my body just so the Government can see EXACTLY where I am, what I am doing, who I am with, etc. That is one problem with that chip. It is bad enough that we have GPS on cars and cell phones. It is a violation of privacy and if you think for one second that there will not be fraud with chips, you are nuts. The tech geeks and criminals will always find a way to get into the system.

At this point, voter fraud is really going to be the least of our problems in the country.

KT, you are correct---there will be death over these chips. There will also be identity theft as well like we have never seen before and problems with medical history being corrupted. Then, they want to add banking info into this. Just think, you could go into WalMart and pay by scanning your body. Does that not sound fun?!?!?! How can anyone see this as ok? Really?

My horses have micro chips. I elected to do that in the event they were ever lost---most vets will scan an animal during a regular vet check if they do not know the animal or owner. But I will be darned if I will EVER be mandated to get a chip in my body.

I can understand a chip for child molesters, rapists, terrorists and drug dealers. Those folks should be tracked for the safety of others. However, law abiding citizens do not need to be tracked like dogs.

I already have trouble when I try to fly. They can chip me at about the same time they come for my guns. It will be a cold day for either if you get my drift. So I guess they can deport me or put me in a camp. At least I will be in good company with some of the people on here with some common sense.

For those of you Obama lovers out there I ask you this: what has he done that has been good for this country? He is about as anti-American as a person can be---yet you Obamers out there still think he is just swell.

IQ tests before you can vote.

Roy, I would suggest you run on down to the library and pick up some of George Orwell's classic works like "1984" and "Animal Farm" to give you a refresher in the dangers of putting to much power in the hands of the government.

Roy, why is it when someone disagrees with you, they are in "attack mode"? Nobody was "attacking" you. Your comments about microchipping would lead anyone to believe you support it, sorry if we misunderstood the comments. But, really, do go back and re-read them. And yes, I do believe you have probably read books I have never heard of (or would ever want to hear of).

"Live with it" is why we are where we are today. That should be the new slogan for Obama. People not having any "brass ones" is the reason things are such a mess. "Live with it"...

Another reason to IQ test before people can vote.

The word "Communist" has shock value. It gets people to pay attention when they would have glossed over it before. Most have no idea what it really means. they simply take the word of those who come across in adamant, outspoken fashion. If this blowhard says it then he/she must be right?

Is America being the next USSR? Not quite. Russia of the 1700's on up to Lenin bears absolutely no resemblance to the US today. Historically, the two are completely independent of one another. Making that comparison is just a sign that one has an agenda and is not concerned with the truth.
