“Uncle Eric”……..Part II

The ATF has been in serious need of an overhaul for a long time now, and it goes back even BEFORE "Uncle Eric."

The Weavers drove 2/3 of the way across this country, to build a humble home in the mountains of Northern Idaho.......asking nothing but to be left alone. Randy, trying to make a buck, wrongly cut a shotgun barrel off a bit too short, for an undercover Federal Agent. Rather than set up a safer opportunity to arrest him and HOLD him, WITHOUT endangering the rest of his family.........

The Feds sent in troops......lots of them, and a "sniper", Lon Horiuchi.................

....who obviously thought Vicki Weaver was a really dangerous person. The photo at the right was taken about an hour before he killed her. Yeah, she was a dead ringer for "Bonnie Parker" wasn't she? Now she's just dead.

They could have arrested and HELD Randy Weaver for trial, or simply waited him out. Instead, they "grand-standed", there were over 400 armed troops, armored vehicles, HELICOPTERS and all the media you could imagine............just to take ONE MAN off a mountain! (Besides Vicki, they also killed their young son, Sammy).

Not to let a good opportunity go to waste, when your FIRST movie is a box-office hit, ya just GOTTA have a sequel! The year following Ruby Ridge.......there was Waco, Texas...........where they COULD have grabbed the "daily jogging" David Koresh ANYTIME they wanted, since he jogged OUTSIDE of the compound.

But why do THAT, when you can gather a crowd and make the voters think they're getting their money's worth, by displaying our "EFFICIENCY", eh? A lot of innocent people were burned to death in THAT one.

The ATF does NOT have a "resume" that would make any SANE employer want to hire them.

But even giving HOLDER the benefit of the doubt, if he DIDN'T know anything about it, he SHOULD have. He has a HUGE position, and if a guy doesn't know what his people are doing....(especially something of THIS magnitude)......he shouldn't be in-charge. But he DID. He has NOT co-operated with the Congressional investigation, which is clearly an obstruction of justice.

And "off the record" I suppose......(but JUSTIFIABLE none-the-less).................we've got at least 60+ years of "pay-back" coming , from these low-life unscrupulous "Bums" (we'll use THAT word again), people who have entertained themselves stretching a Constitutional Amendment to the "OUTER LIMITS" and have run ROUGHSHOD over the honest.........while the DIS-HONEST continue to get all the breaks.

"Close the gunshows.......ban the handguns........sue the manufacturers........come up with more paperwork, red tape, more fees and restrictions for "Joe Citizen out there", ban hunting.......make it so frustrating, he won't CARE about his gun rights anymore".......

"If nothing else, maybe we can load so much tax on his ammunition, he wont be able to AFFORD to shoot anymore!"

This one is OWED to us.

You guys on the left who do not indulge in 2nd Amendment issues may not understand that, or agree, (but you WOULD if you'd hiked in OUR hunting boots in your lifetimes).......

......but THIS one is OWED to us! That whole corrupt, rotten bunch back there!

These Federally-sanctioned "bullies" have had some "pay-back" due to them for a long, long time. Congressman Issa needs to hang on to Holder's butt like a pit bull!!

Unfortunately, you pretty much DO have to be a law-abiding gun owner to fully understand THIS ONE!

Every agent INVOLVED in this, (ESPECIALLY NUMBER ONE), needs to do some HARD TIME.

I'll guarantee you................anyone of US would!!!.....and they'd throw away the key.

Oh yeah.......I want to see something DONE here!

We have a very good friend who has been our friend for over thirty years and he's a cousin to Randy Weaver. There's more to this story.......It was our Government that sold him the sawed off shot Gun and he knew they were going to burn him over it..

They are not reinventing/building new prison camps in the US for the "enemy." It is where American people will be forced to live when our Government decides WE are a threat. Under current rule (Obama)...Mike should be there soon with a few of us (at least we will be in good company). We should be ashamed---really ashamed.

ZOOK.......THE GUN ISSUE REALLY RILES YOU UP....I DID NOT BRING IN THE COLOR OF ANYBODY I ASKED WHY NO REPUBLICAN ATTY GENERALS??????? IF THEY WERE SO CLEAN THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED FOR PROECUTION FOR WAR CRIMES .....REMEMBER..

My point on the other blog was simple and logical I said there are people who are irresponsible with there weapon ownership and used those kids as and example not as a hammer about legal gun ownership......you think you need and arsenal to be safe that is your business.I DONT that is my choice,it is a dangerous and lethal hobby but again that is your business. this is not 1776 when every one needed a weapon for hunting and fighting the britsh.who are we hunting???who are we fighting??????? what I am saying is I dont care about your weapons I only know IF EVER THREATENED WITH ONE THEY BETTER KILL ME I will consider it a threat to my life is that acceptable behavior?? I just did a search and was reading this part. I never had heard about this letter before, or maybe I had and I just don't remember

The investigation noted Weaver associated with Frank Kumnick, who was known to associate with members of the Aryan Nations. Weaver told the investigators that neither he nor Kumnick were members of Aryan Nations, and described Kumnick as "associated with the Covenant, Sword and Arm of the Lord." On February 28, 1985 Randy and Vicki Weaver filed an affidavit with the county courthouse alleging that their personal enemies were plotting to provoke the FBI into attacking and killing the Weaver family. On May 6, 1985 Randy and Vicki Weaver sent a letter to President Ronald Reagan claiming that Weaver's enemies may have sent the President a threatening letter under a forged signature. No evidence of a threatening letter has surfaced; however, the 1985 letter was cited by the prosecutor in 1992 as Overt Act 7 of the Weaver family conspiracy against the federal government
