My Main Issue With “Uncle Eric”

And this even goes BEYOND the "suing of the states."

Before I begin, I'd like to invite every gun-owning 2nd Amendment supporter, to just go on to some other blog.......you guys already know this and it's unfortunately "old hat."  I'm writing this particular post for the benefit and education of the NON-gunners out there, so they TOO, might understand the anger and the "ugly" toward Attorney General Eric Holder.  I feel I can safely speak for all of us who take our gun rights seriously............I'm not the only one in this country who wants Holder JAILED...........I'm just more VOCAL about it than most.

This is also something I don't want "buried" as "comment # 28 ...or 39, on some other blogsite where it eventuaaly gets lost in the "twilight zone", so I'm dedicating these next two posts, on something that's a very touchy subject for a lot of us, and should concern EVERY American, whether you own a gun or not.......because the mis-use of power, and the attrocities are very, very real.

To better illustrate what we've been up against, let's play a game of "make-believe", ok?  Can ya DO that with me for a few minutes?  You can??  GOOD!...............YOU have decided that YOU want to own a gun for whatever reasons.  (There is a tremendous increase in first-time gun-owners these days----mainly for protection, and there's an increasing number of WOMEN buying guns and taking classes now).

Now then........whether you walk into a gun store or a gun SHOW, you'll be dealing with Federally-licensed firearms dealers, who AREN'T going to risk losing their licenses, by providing you some sort of "loophole".

It matters NOT, if it's a shotgun, a rifle or a handgun, you WILL fill out paperwork, you WILL be "called-in to D.C.", and you WILL NOT leave with that gun until someone back there clears you to do so, often after a "waiting period" if their computers don't like something about your name.  All the years I've been going to gun shows, I've YET to find one of these "loopholes" I keep hearing about.

Every dealer must keep Fed Form 4473's at HIS place, in addition to all the info that is ALREADY called-in to "Big Brother".  You're TRACKED in the great record-keeping machine........and if YOU get caught buying a gun that ISN'T for you, then turn around and sell it to a bad guy..........you're gonna go for a ride to a place that'll be RENT-FREE for the next several years.

We get discriminated against too.  While tobacco and alcohol  kill a lot more people than guns ever have in this country, it is OUR "habit/hobby" that comes under attack.  Not only more laws and restrictions every time we turn around......but as an Illinois State Senator, Obama supported a bill that would add a 500% sales tax on all ammunition.  FIVE HUNDRED PERCENT, and you can look that up anywhere.

Gun laws only apply to those who play honestly.  Criminals of course, get THEIRS through theft & straw sales, and will never register ANYTHING.

There's considerable red tape, depending on where you live, and what you're wanting to buy. 

With the help of the more-than-willing media, the Feds would have us believe that all of these "cartel weapons"......even the "exotic" ones like the RPG-7 and FULL-AUTO AK-47's, are somehow coming from guns-shows in the U.S., knowing that many people believe anything they read in the papers or hear on the news.   Well, I guess I'VE been going to the wrong gun-shows all these years.  Even at the BIG ONES in Phoenix, I've never been able to get MY hands on anything like these!...............but if you're a law-abiding owner.......you've HEARD it.  And you've heard it....and you've heard it some more.

"Evil guns....Evil guns......EVIL---EVIL---EVIL"...ban the gun shows, ban the handguns, ban EVERYTHING.  We "good "ol boys" who "cling to our guns & religion" have been the media scapegoats seemingly forever, as "anti-gun hysteria" is steadily fed by the left.

Yes, we've gotten used to it, and have done the only thing we could.......stockpile, store up, CACHE, and wait...........

But then one day....the ones who play "Gestapo".......the ones who KICK-IN DOORS without WARRANTS, PUSH INNOCENT FOLKS AROUND....only to find they've got the wrong addresses!  No apologies......the "jack-booted thugs" just move on down the street.....these boys get CAUGHT TRAFFICKING!!

Like their "red-headed IRS cousins, they practically EXIST on "intimidation".  Honest folks who play by the rules are the "path of least resistance' and the easiest targets, for the "ALL POWERFUL FEDS."............it's gone on and GROWN since 1934, for the most part.   If you wanted to exercise your 2nd Amendment "RIGHTS", you had no choice to to TOLERATE and ENDURE, while REAL criminals kept getting out of jail.

THESE......are the people who have made US  "cross every "T" and "dot every "I".........the ones who would dis-arm the AMERICAN citizens if they could.........the ones who would send YOU "up the river" for a SINGLE firearms violation......................and shut down a gunshop for the most MINOR of paperwork errors)(abreviating something like "AR", instead of spelling OUT ARKANSAS----can easily be enough to do it!)

When the news broke, my very first thoughts were, "YOU DIRTY NO-GOOD ROTTEN "BUMS" (for blog purposes, I substituted "bums" for the term I ACTUALLY used...........which ALSO started with a "B"!!)

While real criminals have walked in & out of jail through our "revolving-door" system.....THESE guys have made CAREERS of playing the "big bad sheriff" over the LEGAL PEOPLE over the past seven decades!

Of course, Holder "never knew anything about it".  Never heard the phrase "fast & furious" (not even in MEXICO CITY in 2009!).......never saw any of those memo's on his desk........and the White House is like old Sgt Schultz from "Hogan's Heroes"........I see Nut-zing....I hear nut-zing..........I KNOW NUT-ZING!

Yeah.......that's like if an F-15 crashed 3 weeks ago, but the Wing Commander "never knew anything about it."  Holder's "innocent'-----he only RUNS the place!!

NO....they don't get off the hook on THIS one!  We've had to put up with THESE "NAZI's" for too many years to give THIS American "SS" a "free pass!"  They finally got their hands caught in a HUGE "cookie jar, and heads need to roll...all the way back to the "TOP"
