Just Like Area 51----it Doesn't Exist

It was announced this afternoon that the Department of Justice is seeking to make changes into the Freedom of Information Act, giving them the authority to treat whatever documents they deemed.....as if they NEVER EXISTED!

Gee whiz....I WONDER where they're gonna start FIRST?

Wanna know how serious this actually is??........even the ACLU is fighting them on it. The ACLU being the ACLU----------when even THEY are standing up against corruption for once...............

.....if any of you "reference guru's" are looking for verification, it was on FOX news this evening......more than likely NOT on any of the other networks. (I'd be genuinely surprised if it was).

(I've been WONDERING how he was gonna try to wiggle his way out of this).

And before you guys start jumping in here screaming "foul".......DO take a few minutes to evaluate the TIMING of this move!

  • Actually Mike, I did read about it today. I think it came from A.P. As to their motives? There's a whole slew of them. Anything and everything that needs covering up.

    Regulations.gov is a good resource for anyone to use to keep up with the happenings.

    I got some good information searching "Freedom of Information Act Regulations" using "DOJ" in the Agency block.

  • I havnt checked anything yet But please tell me what is new about this??????? Been going on for years.......as far as the ACLU is concerned they fight the good fight you only give credit when it's one you like.Boy have they fought for gun rights.The paper thing is kinda like we are not bombing over there it's xmass.....what a joke,and we hid all the documents till years after it was over so nothing new here.Pick a subject that has controversey and then go look for the paper work and by the way good luck with that........smile......latter

  • ZOOK........ my point about the ACLU is ...when they fight FOR GUNS you say NOTHING when they fight for something you dont like you go gaga.

    I would hope Holders memory is better and if he is responsible I hope he pays a price.Would you like him to be jailed ,executed what is it you want.?????NEXT I GUESS EVERY OPERATION PLANNED AND EXECUTED BY THE RIGHT WING SUCCEDS AND OR NOTHING GOES WRONG.It has been shown that several gun stings under some others went south but I know that does not count....RIGHT.Like I said I hope ISSA does not turn it loose and again because there will be a lot of heads rolling and they all wont be in this administration so on with the show.......were are the jobs they promised.They still havnt done a thing 9% .CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL...YOUR KIDDING ....RIGHT.....I DONT THINK SOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • I will not argue with you......There are no free passes I dont know were that comes from? The left may control the senate but if you fillibuster now you need 60 votes and that is what the right has done and you know that.So please tell me how the left can get it done.The tax argument is so much garbage it is unreal.It doesnt hold water except to make sure that a certain group keeps making more and you keep gettin poor.Have you looked into why company's move???? look it up, it aint taxes.Zook there is NO NATIONAL ALLEGIANCE....they dont care if you starve if they did we wouldnt be were we are.And in case you missed it company's are comming back,they found out it can be darn difficult to do business in a forgien country.They forgien governments want there money and no exscuses.

    GUN rights for alliens?? SINCE WHEN?i PERSONALLY DONT UNDERSTAND THE HYPE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD OWN A WEAPON.BUT THAT IS ANOTHER STORY.my QUESTION IS WHY DOES ANY REGULATION NO MATTER HOW MUNDANE ABOUT A WEAPON MAKE the gun lobby go crazy.I wonder if there would be that kind of support IF there was a campaign to arm every minority in this country??????     GET off the sueing arizona and look at the constitution you wave....they did what they were sopposed to do.Speaking of did you hear about the minutman facing death penaty for shootin 2 american citezens a father and his 8 yr old daughter?????? ON OUR SIDE OF THE BORDER AND YES THEY WERE HISPANIC.... PUT THE GIRL ON HER KNEES AND SHOT HER IN THE FACE....GREAT.That is not the only incident resulting in death,if we tolerate one we have deminished ourselves.

    A lot of things going on.as i have changed some views and took another look i think the right ought to also.And you know that they should be working on jobe not the other garbage they are working on,so pleases dont tell me they care because they dont they lied to get elected and now they are playing screw the president at all cost and if it destroys people oh well we will get reelected........maybe........I think not.

    People want results ,IF ANYTHING GOOD HAS COME OUT OF THIS IT IS THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF THE PROCESS.....NOW LETS ELECT THE RIGHT PEOPLE.BOTH SIDES........AMERICA FIRST.
