  • True Mike, but I also remember when the Santa Clara valley had orchards, farms and working dairies. Not to mention stoplights on u.s. 101 most of the way to frisco.

  • My folks moved me there in 1951. I was born in 1950.

    I also spent one summer working the tomato fields with the braceros. That will definitely teach a person the meaning of work.
