"Interupting the Movie"

This is the second time in 63 posts, I have felt the need to interupt my own blog, due to things that are going on in this country, and I'm not happy about it.

I want to throw two questions out in the open to see if anyone else out here can make heads or tails of this:....................:

1. Why are we giving two BILLION TAXPAYER DOLLARS to Brazil, so THEY can drill for oil offshore where our OWN oil companies cannot? But it's OUR MONEY PAYING FOR IT!!

2. Why are we taking direction from the U.N. to interject ourselves into Libya WITHOUT running it through our own Congress first? There are Senators & Congressmen on BOTH sides of the aisle "up in arms" about this, and so am I.

Seems to me that our Constitution means NOTHING anymore.......and they are now just making up their own rules as they go along........

If I'm looking at all of this, plus the Arizona lawsuit WRONGLY............somebody please tell me why and how we're being dealt with "above board". I actually AM trying to look at things from both sides for once, but it's getting harder and harder to bring anything into focus.

This Libyan thing REALLY bothers me..........not that Gaddafi doesn't need to be slammed/removed/killed----because he DOES, and I'm all FOR it.

But acting upon the DESIRES of the "One World Order" UNITED NATIONS, who we do NOT answer to.........and bypass our own Congress (who the President is SUPPOSED to run it through), REALLY, REALLY bothers me. It should bother EVERY American citizen.

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know every paragraph and sub-paragraph.........but I don't even think that an "EXECUTIVE ORDER" is legal here, since no Americans were being attacked-----------this was just an outside intervention. Doesn't Congress play some role here?

Make no mistake-----I've certainly got no heartburn with Gaddafi being bombed & strafed........

I just don't like us taking cues, directions or orders from the U.N...............PARTICULARLY the U.N......whose ultimate goal is to put the whole planet under THEIR FLAG, eventually.

Where was the Congressional approval for this? And where is the MONEY coming from? (as if we didn't know).

From time to time on these blogs, I get attacked for being "paranoid", a rightwing moronic extremist and a bunch of other names I might not even know about myself.......

Let me hear from a few of you folks out there-------and please explain to THIS "DUMMY".....THIS MORON......THIS "tea-bagging Nazi Racist".........what is going on here?

Why is all of this somehow "ok"......why are we still giving tax dollars to Hugo Chavez.....who DISDAINS us.......to CUBA, and a host of other countries who don't like us? Texas Congressman Poe had some interesting things to say about this as he addressed the HOUSE recently........on video......online.........check it out.

I just turned 63 yesterday, and I once thought I had this country halfway figured out.............but it's a GAGGLE!

Somebody PLEASE show what what I'm not seeing---------because I obviously am NOT seeing that proverbial "BIG PICTURE."
