Have you seen this?

I have seen this alot. It now has Christmas lights on it. I couldn't get very close, so hopefully this will have to do.

I haven't done a guessing game in some time. So....

Where is it?

Here it is a bit closer, and you can see the red and green lights.

It's on a bluff to the right, just before you drop down into the Simplot stockyards!
