1-Lb hamburg 1-Egg 12 crackers, crushed, (or use bread crumbs) 3-TBsp Worcesthershire sauce 1-TBsp hot sauce Dash of garlic powder 1-med onion chopped or diced to suit you 3-TBsp catsup Combine all ingredients; mix throughly. Form into patties. Grill over hot coals for about 10 minutes on each side Yield: 4 to 5 servings. Your so right KH Gal everything always tasted better over an open fire, even a big breakfast in the case iron, cooks in a hurry and just that fire adds so much to it.
That's ok I understand not wanting to give out the names. :) The one wearing the red striped sweater I think looks a lot like you....
