1-Lb hamburger
1/2-Cup chopped onion 1-8 ounce tomato sauce 1 to 2 Tsp French's yellow mustard Salt and pepper Hamburger or hotdog buns Shredded mild cheese optional Case iron skillet works best for the campers Brown hamburg and onions in skillet Pour off fat Salt and pepper to taste Once hamburg and onion is browned, add the tomato sauce (may want to add a bit of water) and let simmer a bit until it thicken's You can warm the buns if you like then add the cooked mixture to the buns and enjoy. Your are camping so don't worry to much about the juice that may run down the front of you when you bit into it LOL Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |
