Banana Split PIe

2-Cups crushed graham crackers,(salad shooter works great to do)

3-Sticks melted butter

1-Box powdered sugar(or about 3 1/2 cups)

1-Tsp vanilla

1-Large Egg

6-Bananas

20-oz can of crushed pineapple

1-Container Cool Whip

Some crushed walnut(again the salad shooter works great)

FIRST LAYER: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs mixed with 1 stick melted butter, Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

SECOND LAYER: Beat in a mixer for about 5 minutes 1 -one lb box of powdered sugar, 1 egg, 2 sticks melted butter and 1 tsp vanilla

THIRD LAYER: 6 Bananas cut lengthwise

FOURTH LAYER: 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple

FIFTH LAYER: Add the cool whip and sprinkled with the diced nuts.

Refrigerate for 4 hours and serve

This Banana Split Pie thing is just wrong on so many levels. But.......I cannot wait to try it out.

Gag ... bananas just don't do it for me, but my boys LOVE them. HUGE success with this pie - thanks for the recipe! Mommy was fine licking the cool whip spoon. ;O)

Beau, don't know what could be wrong on so many levels LOL. but let me know how it works out for you.

(Iheart) to bad you don't like banana's but looks like your boys do and you got the cool whip spoon. I see no reason why you can't use another fruit instead of banana's to suit you also, ie; strawberries, peaches, rasberries, blackberries etc just wouldn't be call banana split pie anymore LOL

workingbee, I really don't know right now how SL is doing I know she hasn't been well but I haven't talked in awhile now or even any e-mail.
