Fancy Pants Hamburg

1-1/2-lbs 92% hamburg
2-Large eggs
1/2-Cup diced onion
3/4-Cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1/2-Tsp ground sage
1-Tsp salt
1-Tsp pepper
1-Cup milk
Mix all the indgedients and put in 8 x 8 baking dish
Cover with the sauce and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
Sauce
2-TBsp brown sugar
4-Tbsp ketchup
1-Tsp dry mustard
1/4-Tsp nutmeg
