  • Thanks for the recipe. Everytime I try and fix chicken fried steak they dont turn out. So I will have to try this one and see what happens.

    Thanks hope it works for you, key points is to get the flour into the meat, then the egg coating and let the extra run off then into the crumbs and the oil hot enough for the steak to sizzle once it is put in the oil. Another thing you can do is whisk your eggs and put them on a plate and put the crumbs on a seperate plate and push the meat into the crumbs. If you have any questions let me know
