Shortcut German Chocolate Cake

1-18 1/4 ounce German Choc Cake Mix
1 1/4-Cups coconut
1 1/4-Cups diced walnuts
1-14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
3-TBsp butter or baking margarine
1-Tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 13 baking dish
Mix the cake per box instructions, add 1/2 cup diced walnuts, and 1/2 cup coconut
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Topping
In a small sauce pan put in the butter, sweetened condensed milk, 3/4 cup diced walnuts, vanilla and 3/4 cup coconut. Over medium heat cook about 5 minutes or until thickened, keep the mixture stirred. Once thickened pour over the baked cake and smooth out, let it set up a bit before cutting the cake.
