Do you have any recipe for homemade potato soup?

Thanks,

No ME1 I don't, I did take a look at all the books I have and didn't see one either

But the way I do it is diced some potatoes, chopped onion, and cook until almost done then add some diced tomato, then drain off some of the water and add some cream and simmer a bit plus add some basil and salt, pepper and any other spices you may want.

What is wrong with Senior Lady's house..... do you know what type of help she needs...

-- Posted by workingbee on Mon, Dec 15, 2008, at 10:02 PM

workingbee, I don't know what kind of help she will accept but the sewer backed up into her basement plus the line in the house was cracked and had to be replaced, from what I can tell her stuff in the basement was all damaged and has to come out, carpet, books etc
