4 Large Eggs
16 TBSp margarine 1/3 Cup unsweetened cocoa 1 1/2 Cups flour 2 Cups sugar 1/8 Tsp salt 1 1/2 Cups diced walnuts 1 Tsp vanilla 16 ounce jar of marshmallow creme Combine eggs, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla Melt butter and cocoa in sauce pan and add to mixture Mix well and add the nuts Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes Remove from the oven and spread the marshmallow creme on top and put back in oven long enough for the creme to melt, then spread out over the cake, evenly When cool, ice with uncooked chocolate icing Icing 1/2 stick of butter or margarine 1/8 Tsp salt 1/3 Cup cocoa 1 box of powdered sugar, 1 Lb box 1 1/2 Tsp vanilla 1/3 Cup milk or cream Melt butter with cocoa, pour into bowl containing powdered sugar, salt and vanilla Gradually add milk or cream and mix well Spread over the marshmellow creme and once it all it is set up then cut into sqaures (Don't stack when you store them, you know what will happen that way lol ) Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |
