2nd Chocolate Drop Cookies

1/2 Cup Vegetable shortening

1 Large egg

1 1/3 cups flour

1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

1 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup chopped walnuts

2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 Cup boiling water

1/4 Teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Cup buttermilk

Dissolve the cocoa in the boiling water

Completely mix all the ingredients

Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking pan

Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes
