  • The CNP? Oh this CNP?

    From their website: http://www.confederateamericanpride.com/CNP.html

"Having set forth those principles of our beliefs above, we have determined the following items to be key goals of our national agenda.

    1. New Amendment to Constitution which repeals 14th, and 15th Amendments and abolishes slavery within these United States."

Lets see...the 14th amendment wasnt very important.

"The Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) to the United States Constitution is one of the post-Civil War Reconstruction Amendments, first intended to secure the rights of former slaves. It was proposed on June 13, 1866, and ratified on July 9, 1868.[1]

The amendment provides a broad definition of citizenship, overruling Dred Scott v. Sandford which had excluded slaves and their descendants from possessing Constitutional rights. The amendment requires states to provide equal protection under the law to all persons within their jurisdictions and was used in the mid-20th century to dismantle racial segregation in the United States, as in Brown v. Board of Education. Its Due Process Clause has been the basis of much important and controversial case law regarding privacy rights, abortion (see Roe v. Wade), and other issues.

    And what about the 15th:

"The Fifteenth Amendment is one of the Reconstruction Amendments. This amendment prohibits the states and the federal government from using a citizen's race, color, or previous status as a slave as a voting qualification. Its basic purpose was to enfranchise former slaves. While some states had permitted the vote to former slaves even before the ratification of the Constitution, this right was rare, not always enforced, and often under attack. The North Carolina Supreme Court upheld this right of free men of color to vote; in response, amendments to the North Carolina Constitution removed the right in 1835.[2] The right to vote for free men of color could be seen as granting them the rights of citizens, an argument made explicitly by Justice Curtis's dissent in Dred Scott v. Sandford"

That's not an organization that we want here fellers.

  • Not so much. You're a radical if you want to impose your will on others and take away thier basic rights. You guys can say all you want the the CNP is not racist but all a person has to do is go to their website and see that the number one thing on their platform is to repeal the 14th and 15th amendments. Look up what the 14th and 15th amendments are and it makes it pretty simple. The CNP is a racist organization and you two want to be members and support their adgenda. Nough said.

  • I've got to agree with pjsdad....this is not an organization to be affiliated with. I realize nothing's perfect, but there's got to be something better than this out there. I'm looking.

  • They are racist...pure and simple. How is that a good thing for our country? I agree that 'real change needs to happen'. Of course it does! Our country is heading down the hopper at break neck speed. But for you to say something asinine like, "If these things are not important fine, stay stuck up, stay ignorant..." You sir are the ignorant one and I'm surprised that Bazookaman has your back as often as he does. Mike, what are you thinkin' friend?

  • I, too, say to those being blinded by the media, "WAKE UP FOLKS!" The media has been bought and paid for. It CAN happen HERE and it IS happening HERE. However, to aline yourself with people or a 'group' of people that are racist is just as bad, or worse, in my opinion as those that are sticking their heads in the sand. The south isn't going to rise again by hating people that don't have the 'right' color of skin. What good can come from afiliating yourself with people who hate? Heavens! Mike, I think you've given him just enough information to be dangerous!

"Do you farm? If so do you hire migrant help? Then blow the horn for BOrder Control to come take them away because you can't or don't want to pay them, what else is that except SLAVERY? "

I don't understand that statement. What do you mean, it's slavery if a farmer can't or doesn't want to pay a migrant worker?

I'm not being facetious or smart, I'm trying to understand your thinking on this.

  • I've been to their website and I don't see any Mexican Americans as board members. Stick to the truth. A racist organization isnt going to have someone as a boardmember that they will make a slave after they take over the government.

  • bazookaman

Try the Libertarian Party they address all your concerns......except putting those pesky blacks back in their place.

  • Well then I would question their intelligence. How could a minority belong to a racist group that plans to take away their rights as one of their first actions once they acheive power. Sorry, aint true.
