  • I agree. Peace the libs off and tell them to frag themselves. Your viewpoints are most welcome.

  • Oh, Mike...freedom of speech is for everybody, not just for you. Please don't get angry with all of us who disagree with you sometimes.

  • I laid low for four days, kept my thoughts to myself, or at least off your blog. You specifically called me out to answer the allegations you were peddling, and I in part did. I actually could've gone on longer.

No one is forcing you to accept the strong evidence the president-elect was born in Hawaii on its face. You are free to support a lawsuit that, if successful is unlikely to prove he's foreign-born and will much more likely tack a six-month to year-long period to the end of every future election where losing extremists - as if there are any other kind - force the winners to answer to any allegations that could derail their administrations. Because THAT will lead to effective government, yeah, right.

As far as his school enrollment - does our definition of parental custodial rights now include the right to change your child's citizenship? Obama was born in the U.S. and was back in the U.S. when he turned 18, at which time he was no longer a minor and could assert citizenship. The methodology you're using to determine citizenship allows individuals to be subjected to the whims of their parents and deprives them of liberty.

I'm not assuming, however, that Indonesian schools require a change in a child's citizenship to attend. No one has given me any reason to assume that, and the NRA's magazine, WorldNetDaily, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, National Review, Weekly Standard, Michael Savage, Joe Scarborough, Bill O'Reilly, are all perfectly capable of contacting whichever municipal Indonesian school system he attended and settling that question. But instead the claim is all conjecture and internet rumor, debunked but what solid evidence is now available indicates he's U.S.-born.

So you're free to have your opinions and you're even free to call me out by handle, yeah, but I'm free to reply with thoughts like these. And if you can't refute them I guess you're free to swear off commenting on politics at all.

  • I'm not trying to bring you down. I was trying to show you that there are other ways of dissent then the old ways that usually turn back on society and bite them in the arse.
