Audrey Harvey, 63

Audrey Lois Harvey, 63, of Mountain Home, died Sunday, April 13, 2003, at the Elmore Medical Center Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Mountain Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Audrey was born Dec. 8, 1939, in Brainerd, Minn., the seventh child of Elmer and Anna Wasson.

The Wassons traveled all over the U.S. States. Audrey married William Surmix in Muskegon, Mich.There were four children born of that union. They later divorced and Audrey married Charles Anderson in Reno, Nev. Charles died June 20, 1989.

Audrey then married Tom Harvey of Indiana in 1990 in Mountain Home. "They had wonderful years together," her family said. Audrey is survived by: her husband, Tom Harvey, and sister Rose Niedling and her husband, Tim, all from Mountain Home; four children, Bill, Paul and Robert Surmix, all from Michigan; daughter Robin of El Paso, Texas; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews; Tom's sisters, Vivian Wiesier, Mary Ellen Vautaw and Wanda Taylor all of Kokomo, Ind., and Jerrie Plummer of Marion, Ind., and brother Paul Harvey of Godfrey, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters, a niece and a nephew.
