Patriot Thunders roars into Mountain Home

Wednesday, July 28, 2021

Right on schedule, Mountain Home was the recipient of the rumble and motorcycle roar that was body-gripping, heart capturing, and patriot powered as the 11th Patriot Thunder rolled into town Sunday, July 25th in the morning close to 11:15 am, off the freeway and down 8th as they made their way to Carl Miller Park.

This year’s participation is estimated to be over 600 motorcycles, with the final tallies not available. Jason Weinel, Harley Davidson Meridian Host and spokesperson stated the last two days had been “just crazy” as many of the bikers will wait until the last minute to sign up, as weather conditions play out. He had also stated earlier that they do not know how much was raised in this year’s fundraiser but the check presentation to the families and organizations will be made sometime this next month.
