Camel Spiders Native to Idaho? Absolutely!

Most of the public is squeamish of creepy crawlies, especially spiders, but we have another arachnid in our area that could potentially scare the average person in our mid-summer months. These arachnids go by numerous common names, including but not limited to camel spiders, wind scorpions, sun spiders, sun scorpions, beard cutters and sulifuges or sulifugids. Interestingly they are classified into their own Order, that is the Order Sulifugae.
