Students from the Mountain Home FFA Chapter were able to teach the local first grade students about where their food comes from. On February 19th, FFA members from Mountain Home High School visited ten, first grade classrooms in the North, West, and East Elementary Schools as a community service project in celebration of the National FFA Week. The students were able to interact with the first grade students and educate them about where the foods that are put onto the their tables come from. “I think it is so important for everyone to know where their food comes from.” said senior FFA member Ashley Clark. “I had fun teaching the young students about agriculture.” The FFA members were able to visit about 250 first grade students.

The elementary school students were able to compete in a farm animal coloring contest and take a picture with their cool milk mustache stickers.
