Donald Schultz appeared before Judge Cawthen on Feb .24 for an Entry of Plea and Motion Hearing. His case includes Murder II and 11 additional felony charges filed between June 2018 and February 2019 in the disappearance of John Looney. A Jury Trial is schedule for October 2020.

The sentencing hearing for Isaiah Bell, after pleading guilty to one of the 12 original counts of Rape stemming from charges filed in September 2019, was delayed until March, as the courts are waiting for additional court ordered evaluations.
