Ernest "Rudy" Foot, 61, of Boise, ID, died Saturday, January 11, 2020 in a Boise hospital. A memorial service with military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel.
