Airspace Optimization for Readiness: Public Scoping Meeting

Mountain home Air Force Base (AFB), Idaho - held an open house Friday November 8th, 2019 at the Mountain Home Junior High. Stations included Poster boards and Air orce personnel that explained each topic addressed in pamplets handed out; and on their website: www.mountainhomeafbairspaceeis.com

Purpose and Need - it was communicated clearly that the limitations of existing airspace don't allow them to train for current and evolving combat situations. By increasing airspace they would be able to increase their survivability during conflict.

They directed all questions or concerns to the Public Scoping Meeting Written Comment Form that was handed out at the door.
