Elmore County man arrested on murder charge

Donald R. Schultz was arrested on July 9, 2019 on multiple charges. After a closed hearing for probable cause he was arraigned in Judge David Epis's courtroom at 1 p.m. on July 10.

During the hearing the charges of murder in the second degree on June 22, 2018, failure to notify or delay in notification of death on June 23, 2018, altering or forging a vehicle certificate of title on Aug. 27, 2018 altering or forging a certificate of vehicle title on Nov. 15, 2018, grand theft by receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle on Aug. 27, 2018, grand theft by receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle on Nov. 15, 2018 and engaging in a pattern of racketeering activity on June 21, 2018 were read aloud. All seven charges are felonies.
