County to terminate ambulance agreement with St. Luke’s

The Elmore County Commissioners met on March 15 and discussed the joint agreement of Elmore Ambulance Services (EAS), between Elmore County and St. Luke's Elmore.

A notice of termination has been drafted to discontinue St. Luke's management of EAS.

The county will be creating a department to oversee ambulance service operations. The county has requested to terminate the agreement on Sept. 30, 2019.
