Riggs murder trial ends in mistrial

Wednesday Feb 20 2019: The murder trial of accused Scott Riggs in the murder of Paula Ferbrache on Aug 25, 2017 continued with the State calling witnesses Elmore County Deputy Griffin, Elmore County Detective Parlin, ISP Detective Deebie and ISP Trooper Madenford throughout the day as only the beginning of a long list of witnesses. This was Day 2 of the state presenting its case. During the day’s testimony, it was brought to the court and jury’s knowledge testimony on the procedures based on the timeline that had been followed on Aug 25th and on the following days after Mrs. Paula Ferbrache had been reported missing and having been found in her vehicle the following morning.
