Monster Project

The front office of the Mountain Home School District was standing room only on the afternoon of Dec. 12 as high school students and second graders from North unveiled their art projects.

Teachers in the Mountain Home School District worked together to bring an art show to the district office on Dec. 12.

The art project was a collaboration between North’s second grade teacher, Mrs. Stratton and the High School’s art teacher, Ms. Raub. Mrs. Stratton’s students created monsters out of their imagination and sent them to Ms. Raub.

Raub chose 24 students to participate and they were randomly assigned the second graders monsters to interpret in their own way.

The elementary and high school students had the chance to meet during the art show displaying their joint works of art.
