Public Hearing held over Cat Creek Energy’s extension request

A public hearing was held in the commissioners room at the courthouse on Dec 14, for a consideration of the first amendment to the Development Agreement relative to Cat Creek Energy, LLC's conditional use permits.

The negotiations between the county and Cat Creek Energy have been ongoing throughout the year. The developers are asking for a six month extension in connection with diversion and delivery of water to Elmore County.

Cat Creek Energy is not looking for an agreement at this time just an amendment for a six month extension.
