Wayne Scott Kruckeberg

Wayne Scott Kruckeberg passed away Friday, December 7, 2018, in Mountain Home. Cremation was under the care of Rost Funeral Home.

He was born May 11, 1968, in Chanute AFB. Rantoul, Illinois to James R. Kruckeberg and Roxanne Northcutt. He was raised in Alaska and Montana where he grew to love the outdoors. He attended school at Denver Auto and Diesel College in Colorado and joined the U.S. Air Force in May, 1989.

Wayne moved to Mountain Home, in August of 1992. He served 24 years in the Air Force retiring as a Master Sergeant. He enjoyed spending time riding motorcycles or being in the mountains. He was loved by his family and friends and he touched many lives.

Mr. Kruckeberg is preceded in death by his father James R. Kruckeberg, in 1992, his grandmother, Joan Kruckeberg in 1998, his aunt, Kris Byrne in 1999, his grandfather, James N. Kruckeberg, in 2008.

He is survived by his mother, Roxanne Northcutt of Alaska, his sister Laleņa Kruckeberg of Wisconsin, his sister Kimberly Kelly of Alaska, his sister Jessica Mickelson of Indiana, his brother Joshua Northcutt of Massachusetts, his sister Mary Northcutt of Alaska. His son Stephen Kruckeberg of Idaho, daughters Erika Hernandez and Hollie Martinez of Idaho. His grandsons Daniel Hernandez, Elijah Kruckeberg, Waylon Kruckeberg, and granddaughter Mila Hernandez of Idaho. His step-children Chasity Meisner and Daniel Martinez of Idaho. His step-grandchildren Nalla Meisner and Benjamin Martinez of Idaho.
