Library Hosts Magic Show

The Mountain Home Public Library hosted Cecil the Magician on June 15 at West Elementary. The event started approximately 15 minutes late due to a transformer being out and not having most of the lighting in the gym of the elementary school.

When the children began to get restless waiting for the show to start Cecil performed a few slight of hand tricks for his audience. After some of the tricks had finished he showed the audience how they could do the trick themselves.

Cecil Lewis performs magic shows across the Northwest for parties, company events, and festivals among other events. He has been performing magic since he was six years old when he sent a dollar to a company advertising magic tricks in the back of a comic book.
