The Elk's Lodge was filled with past flags of the United States of America and other flags representing the branches of the United States Military during the annual Flag Day Ceremony as Exalted Ruler Lorin Ford presided over presentations explaining their meanings.

On June 12, the Mountain Home Elk's Lodge hosted a public ceremony to honor American Flags both past and present.

Exalted Ruler Lorin Ford began the ceremony by asking all in attendance to stand for the "Star-Spangled Banner" which was sang by guest Shasta Bolduc.

The ceremony continued with presentations from officers of the Elk's Lodge Audrey Herman, Jeff Bate, and Jim McCluer. For the full story, pick up a copy of the Mountain Home News or click on this link to subscribe to the newspaper's online edition.
