County discusses Sheriff's Budget

Elmore County Commissioners met on June 8 to discuss the ongoing upgrades at the fairgrounds and the proposed budget for the Sheriff’s Office for fiscal year 2018/19 among other items of importance.

The meeting started off with employees of the Land Use and Building Department, the fair board and fair manager coming to speak to the commissioners about the, much needed, remodel of the fairgrounds. The fairgrounds have gone without much in the way of improvements in a long time and over the past few years the current board of commissioners have made it their mission to bring it back up to par.
