Gunfighter Skies celebrates 75th anniversary of MHAFB

Four of the F-16 Thunderbird Demonstration Team in formation for a maneuver in the skies over Mountain Home Air Force Base. Like always, the elite group of jets and pilots were a crowd favorite.

Mountain Home Air Force Base hosted the Gunfighter Skies Air Show and Space Celebration on June 2 and 3, which showcased performances by several aerobatic aircraft as well as static military aircraft displays.

The two day event offered many attractions including the U.S. Air Force Thunderbird Demonstration Team, The Wings of Blue Parachute Demonstration Team, an F-22 Raptor demonstration, and the first time appearance of The Wings of Blue Yak 110.
