Local Mock Trial team advances to state level for the third time

For the third straight year, the Mountain Home High School Mock Trial team has advanced to the state finals, which will be held in Boise March 21-23. Attorney and former Elmore County Assistant Prosecutor, Jessica Kuehn, has offered countless volunteer hours to coach the Mountain Home team to success. The State Finals of Mock Trial will be held at the Ada County Courthouse, marking the third straight year Mountain Home has been at state. Sophomore Kiara Rockins was voted as one of the top witnesses at last weekend’s regional tournament.
