Flag at half mast for death of Reverend Billy Graham

To honor the death of Reverend Billy Graham, President Donald Trump has signed a proclamation stating flags will be flown at half-mast on Mar. 2, the day of Reverend Graham's internment.

Flags affected by this proclamation include the U.S. flag at the White House as well as any flag at public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations and naval vessel, U.S. embassies, legations, consular offices and any other U.S. facility abroad.
