Lincoln Day Banquet goes off without a hitch

As with every annual Lincoln Day Banquet, the Elmore County Republicans raised thousands of dollars through the auction. This year's auctioneer was Jack Riggs (above).

Featuring a local celebrity as one of the guest speakers of the night, the annual Lincoln Day Banquet welcomed Republicans across the county to the Elk's Lodge on Feb. 17.

The evening began with a posting of the colors by American Legion Post #26, followed by the pledge of allegiance led by Representative Megan Blanksma. Representative Christy Zito gave the invocation.
