The Mountain Home High School girls' basketball team's season has come to an end.

Following a win on Feb. 3 against the Vallivue Falcons, Mountain Home moved on to Middleton High School for a chance to advance to the district championship game.

The Lady Tigers put up a hard fight against the top seeded Vikings, but lost the game 66-36.

The team had one more chance to advance when they traveled to Ridgevue High School for the third place game. Unfortunately, the girls fell short with a 66-51 loss against the Emmett Huskies. For the full story, pick up a copy of the Mountain Home News or click on this link to subscribe to the newspaper's online edition.
