Mountain Home says goodbye...

Friends, family and beloved coworkers gathered the afternoon of Dec. 29 at War Memorial Hall to bid Paula Riggs farewell at her retirement party. After serving eight years as Economic Development Director, Riggs has decided to retire to spend time with her family.
