Commissioners and Idaho Waste Systems meet

The Dec. 8 meeting of the County Commissioners saw Jack Yarbrough of Idaho Waste Systems (IWS) and Scott Hess, an attorney representing the county, come before the board for an update of the ongoing litigation between the county and IWS.

In July of 2016, Elmore County filed a complaint and request for a jury trial after numerous attempts to work out the company's failure to comply with the mitigation agreement between the two entities.
